Wieland, zenostar and prettau FCZ case

Can anyone lend some tips for doing a FCZ full arch case please?

We are using zenostar zr and colouring the presintered zirconia with prettau staining liquids.
How is it best to apply the presintered stain liquids, using pink stain too before sintering?

Also, after sintering is it best to "opaque" the gum with the zenostar gum paste directly onto the zirconia? Maybe use a sprinkle technique before adding porcelain to gum area?

Do you add dentin and enamel to the framework or do you rely on the presintered stain to give dentin colour and just adding enamel?

Hope that makes sense, just spouting ideas as they come out!

If you have done small bridges with gingiva its the same just much longer cooling and no adjusting of the zi post sinter.

There are a multitude of ways to finish these cases and you smart to ask for advice. We use lusterpaste gum to stain the frame and sprinkle GC porclain. We also do a very minimal cutback for adding a transition for enamel. The design and the presinter coloring is what make or break these cases. If you are even considering putting a bunch of glass on these things you are crazy. Make sure everything is worked out in the Beta PMMA before you move forward for the final

We have done many post implant bridges that way but anything in the aesthetic zone I layer.

What sort of price do you charge surgeons for your FCZ full arch cases? I know you are in the US but it may give some indication for us. We have done our first one and are trying to reach an idea of price. Its a lot of work!
