Again, I'm with CRob on wondering if you could share the materials used, and how you used them. Work this good is hard to be teased with, then left alone 
Someone did some nice internal mamalon and white spot effect staining that can be seen from the lingual, but came out so nice and subtle on the labial. Somebody there knows what their doing, and how to work internally and not have it become to dominate labially.
