Hi I wanted to know if anyone else has this problem. Every time I scan in a full contour bridge anything say over 6 units for some reason I have rocks?!?! I've slowed my temp down in my sintering and have made sure every die is securely pressed down when scanning. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

p.s I use Exocad and run a dwx-50

A couple thing to consider:

  1. Scan your solid model then merge with your single dies if possible.
  2. Are you using any type of support when sintering the large cases???
  3. I have also noticed that sometimes the size of the sintering support vs your frame can also cause some issues. I try to keep a similar mass.

Thanks Ryan! The only support would be the beads but I make sure its it's siting flush with good amount of beads under. Is that what your talking about?

Here is what I am talking about... then you will stand this upright in the furnace. Setting this on the beads is ok. ( just so no one gets upset, this is not my case, 1 I pulled this from another post, then I marked in red how I would design mine)
