Well, if a pic is worth a thousand words, what are 98 pages of them worth? I hadn't really planned a road trip the end of May, but may have to now. Thanks! As always, amazing work!

I'll see you there Al. Nice that some still do some dark colors. All I ever see is white, BL2 HT. That's what our patients want.

I'd say 90% of our shades are A1/A2/A3... 5% bleach...and all the other shades share the remaining 5%...

Never been to one of their meetings guess I will need to break out the suit and tie.

Most of what I get calls for it light shades too. BL2 to A1 with A2 gin.
Did these last month and a half.

Wow Al! Your nailed the root direction on that 2nd to the last pic. #8 is angled perfectly. Beautiful tissue adaptation. Are you using soft tissue models as well as solids for that?

Nice work Al, I just started waxing similar case today, 28 units all but 4 molars will be Emax. Have you ever considered wax printing on these large cases? These take a good days work to wax and get right.

I was wondering about shaping your line angles and root direction?

I use Smilelines silicone molds Anterior and posterior for the wax ups This is the case above that is in the mouth.
Yeah I takes most of the day to get them invested but the profit is super high. Materials just 4 or 5 ingots.
No stress or risk cases.

Jason I use the forms (for emax) and just tack them on with soft rope wax and get my tooth arrangements.
Did the same on all the cases I posted above like the case that had no room for the laterals and I tucked them behind the centrals and overlapped the cuspids

The lower anteriors are full contour pressed with no cutback. Press and stain.

I don't think I would ever do that I like taking the wax facings and arranging them like denture teeth. Sometimes the slightest difference in angles or arrangements make a huge difference.

Tyler you will see with that little Maryland bridge coming to you to mill. I used a wax form and set it in there to get the right angle and path of insertion.
Took about 25 minutes to get it done. Don't know how that would compare time wise to scanning and designing it all digitially and how accurate it would be printed.
It was real tricky only goes in one way straight in from the lingual.

It shouldn't be a problem, I think we can get it done for you. If I run into any problems I will let you know.
