Hey everyone!
I recently got the 150i pro for milling and i have an issue with angles.
I was told that the machine can mill normally as long as the angles are below 30°.
The thing is, anything i try to nest in a stock turns out to be more than 30° no matter how much i turn and twist the file( i mostly do all on x designs).
I tried nesting it in higher stocks but it doesn't help.
Does anyone know what to do besides getting my doctor to switch the multiunit angle?
I hope someone has a solution to this!

What are you using for CAM? This may or may not be relevant to your issue, but it bears remembering that the CAM is at least as big a factor as the mill itself; it doesn't matter if the mill can manage something if the CAM can't effectively direct it to do so. I know Hyperdent can be surprisingly picky about undercuts, for example, and we've had to use certain nesting practices to accommodate for this, i.e. putting cases with significant undercuts along the centerline of the blank, not sure why it matters but it does.

Hej, as a test we milled few Ti bars on our new 350i Pro using Millbox. Specialist who helped us with this used user unfriendly expert mode and invited me for a training...we also have All-on-X with crazy angulations and milling those bars requires deep knowledge of a CAM program.
