Does anyone know how I can mill this?
Our smallest cutter 0.5mm is to big.
Diameter of this party is about 0.14 mm.

well the short answer would be to find a tool that could cut less than 0.5mm right? also a different shaped bur, small lollipop?

What is it that you're trying to mill? Is it not polish-able where the fillet is left?

You could replace the geometry with a radius compensation at the point where it is too tight, obviously custom and smaller tooling is going to make this easier as well.

Why CHL ?

It's not the width of the groove which is decisive, this is the octagon !

No ?

its much easier to make this cut with an industrial Lathe. milling will remove so much material the fit will be too loose for me.

Thats why it is hard to find someone to mill synocta suprastructures.
Even Nobel and Atlantis make some crap with them...

OK guy !

Remember that the original abutment by Straumann doesn't cover the groove ...

Well you placed 2 different implants here, one is Strauman RN (tissue level) on which premade abutments do not cover the groove if you are doing cement retained restoration, but plastic sleeve which is used to wax up crown does, it is covered by abutment if you are doing screw retained crown tough. Second implant is Straumann RC (bone level) in which case you do not cover the groove, as it is not there.

Also I believe that with parts which are to fit on pointy preps or implants it will always be overmilling, smaller the bur, smaller overmilling but still. Basicly to do it without overmilling your bur needs to be smaller than the groove you want to cut :)
