My last words on this: One of my best Doctor/accounts has a Cerec. It doesnt get used to fabricate anteriors. Its just a tool, and if you realize what it can, and more importantly, cant do, its not a threat to any of us.

It is a funny thing about life: if you refuse to accept anything but the best you very often get it.

Yes, but beauty is in the eye of the person who buys it. How do you feel qualified to decide if it looks good or not, when the patient is delighted??? Even the doctor said there were some things he'd like to have done, but once the patient says, "PERFECT!", you'd best stop.

That is the frustrating thing about this business. We can do everything perfectly, the way we were taught to do it, and the patient can hate it, and you do it again for free.

The patient is the boss, not us.

Hey I love it when the patient says perfect.

How we get there may differ,but I'm ok with that.

You won't get any argument from me.In fact I tell the patient not to accept anything that they are not happy with and that modifications can always be made.

I'm not afraid of that word anymore.
