East coast Noritake Course?

Carmelo the Porto Recan guy, is a good ceramist, I took his course, he has been giving courses around the world, by the way we went to the same dental lab school in NYC in the early seventies .

Am I reading this wrong, or you are implying that he's not good enough because he has a dental license from PR? Does it really matter inside witch borders you sat your but in the chair staking porcelain for the last 40 years???
