I really like this porcelain but it is giving me fits with interproximal tearing. I fire porcelain in the interproximals first and that used to work well with Vita on Zirc. Basically I am a denture dude who doesn't know what he's doing, I guess!!! HELP!!! TIA.

I’ve been using d.sign for near 20 years maybe I can help. Please describe how you treat your units. Build up tissue drying furnace drying etc..

What has worked for me with bigger cases is a step by step approach: Do as you first firing just dentin.

Make sure you control your moist level, seal the model for that purpose. make sure you cut all the way to the last layer, when separating your layered porcelain inter-proximal. Condense your porcelain. Make sure your porcelain is evenly dry (or wet). Give the furnace time to pre heat your restoration, before closing completely etc etc...

There are many factors your porcelain is tearing, on top of the bigger shrinkage of d.Sign...
