Another 3Shape snafu, any help?

It's all just addressing a symptom. The cause needs to be rooted out. I can't even get in touch with US Support because of the Hurricane. Hope they are all well.

A quick note to let you know that our 3Shape developers were able to reproduce and fix this bug. The fix is included in our next Dental System 2010 patch (2.6.9.15).

2.6.9.15 will be released in the first half of November.
