Different 3Shape subject.
One client recently did an update. Since the update the scan files go to an old email folder that is not connected to our 3Shape Communicate inbox. That office is saying the the correct email for our lab is still their default one, but from the lab we are experiencing it differently. #shape is saying that the office has it wrong, but the office is saying no they don't. Has anyone had this same issue? How ot correct it?
