Plastic coated paperclip. Has lots of strength, and after your done waxing and fitting, cut the plastic, slide it off and seal the ends with a touch of wax. Here is one for the c@b techs
Recently I received a case that required a post core. I haven't done a post core in about 10 years or more. I didn't have any burn out posts so I was going to use the post that was used in the impression. I yanked it out after my pours only to find out that it was an aluminum post that was used. So out the window with that idea.
A called around some tech friends to see if they had any burnout post for me but they didn't but one of them said that he just uses a toothpick.
Just widdle down the toothpick to suit and cover in wax. It burned out fine and everything fit as usual.
Hopefully it helps someone that is in a pinch like I was.
Excellent, oral hygiene is very important.I've use wooden toothpicks.
Looks good in theory, but the only review that said they etacked them also said they didn't hold up. Do you have experience with these? 'Round here rubbermaid trashcans are standard for feed storage.
Just be careful, superglue on paper/cotton stuff can self ignite if the conditions are right.Believe it or not one of my old bosses showed me a technique with Kleenex and super glue. Just roll up a small point in the tissue and add super glue then work it in and out of the prep. Then add wax to complete. It may sound strange but it works great and burns out clean.

Learned it from a survivalist magicianDrip it on blue jeans and it starts to smoke. Very cool.
When I failed my drug test, the tech came out and said "Urine Trouble"
I learned it along time ago by mistake, which is how I've learned most of what I know.Learned it from a survivalist magician
