I was informed that Zahn has dumped a lot of staff, including most of their reps. I cant reveal my sources because it was one of those 'eyes only' classified bunker meetings.

Theres a couple others here that know. Anyone care to talk?

I'm not a fan of Zahn because of their closed philosophy, but I like the way they're pushing the envelope... It would be shameful if they end up being gobbled up...

The reps I've been getting (not on the CAP side) have been sporadic at best. One didn't even know about the CAP buy out, when I mentioned if I could talk to one of their (CAP) techs about zirconia. Fortunately, my inside sales rep, Mary L. is fantastic, so she makes up for the other lower tier reps. who sometimes answer the phone first.

the only disconnect i know about is that zahn contractually maintains its dominant position in service and sales in the great white north. while i would like to call the number to the south, they contractually can't help.
