Try Diamodent, I got my set of drives there. You can order just the drives you need and a holder. $30.00 each

MedentiKa does a fantastic one, I think it has 6 different drivers in it that fit every system I have ever come across and the driver handle has a torque spring in it stopping you from damaging the heads plus it has a surgery torque wrench in it. We lend it out to our surgeons every now and then when they ring up with an adopted case and no driver to remove it. (lost count of the bottles of dark rum that bad boy has got me )

I think the one for Osseous Tech look remarkably like the one from Preat corp . . .
I have the DiamonDent one. They do not have the 0.90mm or 0.35" hex driver
unlike the Osseous Tech picture here . . . holder carries 6 lab drivers but
you can wall mount them.

Thanks. This is the one from Preat
http://www.preat.com/implant_tools.htm
They have long and short version - looks very similar to Osseous Tech one, huh?
I do like the long handle from Preat and easier to twist with the
back against palm of my hand.
