Never had much issue with pmma burs. used to mill at 70% mill speed and 105% spindle speed but with our newer mills everything just works. If burs are dull you can mill cavities twice to account for bur deflection. Haven't broken many bits on pmma unfortunately so not sure how to help there. I thought everyone was discussing grinding burs, since grinding emax is so brutal

Anybody know of a good source for third-party PM7 grinding tooling? We're buying direct from Ivoclar right now, and it's steep enough that it's hard to make much money if our tools aren't consistently making it to the end of their 10-hour lifespan and/or we're having much emax block breakage. Canadian seller would be nice, but we can order internationally if we're saving a meaningful amount per tool.
Quite some time ago, working with E4D the burs were Premier and they seemed to hold out a lot better than what you're reporting. At that time, E4D was a collaboration or 3 parties: E4D, Premier Diamond Burrs and Henry Schein. The Best of the 3 was Premier. The other 2 not so much.
