We've got a repair coming in that the patient super glued an open face gold denture tooth back onto a partial. Will super glue remover damage the gold?
I called Starlight and they didn't know because in all of their years in business this has never come up.

If acetone, it'll be alright. Probably more trouble with the cheap ass tooth acrylic....just do quick soaks, don't leave it soaking for an hour. But shouldn't harm the "gold'.

Acetone won't hurt the gold, but may eat at the alloys in the metal. If it was my case i would go for it ,but just be quick about it.
