Looks like you need to update your dongle driver. You probably can't view your stock

or imported stl's on the preview. Contact Mike Webb at CIMSystems, he can help you out.

LOL never touched anything, worked a few days ago.

I think I got the same error (not sure tho) when I added sum3d to work on dedicated graphic card on my laptop. On integrated graphics have no problem. Hope it helps.

A little behind but this was an issue related to the graphics driver and the .STL Preview Utility malfunctioning. If you don't stay current on your updates, I'd recommend disabling auto-driver updates / installation. Updating SUM3D to a more recent revision where the issue is fixed would have resolved this issue.

Please un-plug your router, wait 15 seconds and plug it back in....:rolleyes:
