Hello there,
So, I'm new in working with MillBox with AMD-500S milling machine.
Since past week I'm facing strange behaviour such as milling screw retained crowns on abutment in Zirco/PMMA blanks.
I've got STL project files:

And the MillBox project:

After milling a piece it seems like the lower hole is too small and I can put it on only halfway however the STL project shows perfect fit.

The blank scalling factor is set correctly. The only thing I am aware of is the undercut area inside the hole.
I've read in the MillBox documentation that the 3+2 internal undercuts can be set in Strategy Editor however it can be done only by the dealer.

Have you ever encountered this problem?
Do you know what's may be the issue and how to fix it?
That's the second time it happened and it only happens on the abutments. Crowns on prepared teeth fits perfectly.
Thanks in advance for any tips and advices.

ctrl-alt-7 than pw enanble and look if you have weired fit parameter inside cavity on this object start add plus 0.020 and 0.040 mill look again ;)

I am curious, what abutment system is this? I have never seen a tibase designed like this.
Me neither, somebody told me it was prepared impression transfer combined with abutment but it looks odd.

Sadly password doesn't work, I've got to ask somebody but I guess it's set by the dealer.
I can extend internal cavity on my current strategy configuration, but it's like guessing :/

besides that. why section implant models? seems like contacts wouldn't be correct
we don't use scan bodies and sectioning allows us to perform detailed scan of placed abutment with matt spray.
I'm new in dental industry working as 3D scanner and mill operator willing to learn.
The problem is there is no single person knowing how to work with abutments.
Sometimes doctors send only two out of four or only transfer impression without even mentioning what's the implant system x.x

What is going on with the abutment? is that margin that supragingival?
the lower margin of analog is slightliy above the gingival mask but I don't know what the hell is the abutment above never encountered something like this
dental technician screwed it in.

you can also manually select the undercuts. Go to Tools, Milling Zone Designations, Select Operation Type, Undercut Manual, then brush the cavity

Last time it said something like the bur is not assigned to this operation, but i'll give it another try. Maybe I missed something.
