Hello all,

I'm working on a research study and have a few questions about the milling capabilities of the Zenotec Mini when connected to a computer running Zenotec CAM V3. Specifically, I’m looking for ways to systematically vary the following parameters: spindle speed, cut depth, tool stick-out, and feed rate. Ideally, I’d also like to perform spindle speed ramp testing by gradually increasing the speed of the spindle over continuous or near-continuous increments.

1. Does the Zenotec CAM software support custom feed and spindle speed changes along the toolpath? What about macros?

2. Would it be possible for me to perform a spindle spin-up test on the Mini?

3. Does the Zenotec CAM software take standard STL files?

4. Is there any way to obtain the controller manual for the Zenotec Mini?

5. Are there any resources that would assist me in altering the milling strategies via Zenotec CAM?
