STL of a Shade Guide

Does anybody have an STL file for a shade guide?

I want to mill my own shade guide from a preshaded zirconia.

An actual zirconia shade guide will be more accurate than the plastic VITA shade guide.

Mill tooth #8 or #9 from the zirconia that you use and make all the shades. That is the best way because because every manufacturer has a bit different shading.
 
Guys, where to get holder for these samples?
