I'm ready to buy a Shuffle XL to start testing removable stuff, but indecisive between it or reg Shuffle, or Photon original. The extra build size is a draw, but concerned with accuracy or software. Would buy two to make up for build plate.
What do you think Zero, PCDL?

take a look at the transform than you can switch it has a twin 2 K shuffel screen and 13 inch 4 K 85 mic screen changed in 5 minutes or maybe 4 K shuffle but a bit pricie

I watched a video on Transform last night. Showcased a 36hour print.

For removables I think the XL if fine, 75 micron pixels vs 47 micron for the Shuffle, bit less resolution wise, accuracy should be the same. The Transform looks promising, if you can wait till the year-end when it will become available.

Hello,
I just found new Phrozen Shuffle with 4K LCD with matrix v2 better, stronger uv source (good for more damanding resins i assume) printing at 31um.... o_O for 31000NT ~ 985$
https://www.phrozen3dp.com/pages/products official store.
https://www.fepshop.com/shop/parts/led-arrays/phrozen-paraled-v2-0-upgrade/ matrix paraled v2 upgrade to old shuffle's

Anyone seen prints from this bad boy?
Wanted to but Photon S coz its cheap but i dont know now... Do we need 31um accu or just 50um is fine and speed is the key?

Amazing thread btw!

Don’t use the the Cast resin with my 5100 but I’ve had great accuracy with the models and C&B resins for provisionals. Experimented with double stack of 10 models and they came out nice....1 hour print time!

Thx ! The models were printed in Nextdent peach model. The pics of the implant provisional was a separate print using the MFH C&B, then “tweaked” with some GC pink stain& Opti- glaze
