Ok. He emailed me a file, but I get a certificate trust denial thing when I try to open it. What am I doing wrong?

should be able to just import the stl
for me, i would just drop it into my manufacturing directory, then send to sum3d

certificate trust denial usually means that the computer doesnt have a program associated with opening an .stl file. But could be other things..
