Does anybody mill a NP screw retained unit? Or is it possible? For any of the major implants.
Thx Dave
Thx Dave
Luke, we currently use cast to gold abuts. The Drs. want that. Most of the Imp. we get are Straumann and Astra. I'm lookine for something that is dependable with the fits being like the stock parts. Have you seen any that have been milled and how do they fit? DaveTotally possible. Just depends on your implant. Try truabutment?
I thought Panthera offers it.You can get milled layerable abutments, no question.
Some companies send the Ti-bases with a castable plastic sleeve, which is aimed at that solution.wax up over a ti base and cast.
once finished, cement your abutment to the ti base.
there you go. I personally don't use nonprecious anymore, but that's what I would do.I thought Panthera offers it.

Yeah.. but with the gold prices going through the roof... However, pfms are a rare breed these days, anyway...I personally don't use nonprecious anymore
That is an option, too.
Agree, but you wont cast NP to a gold sleeved UCLA, anyways.uclas are over priced.
However, Neodent is just that, Neodent. You may want to look at Medentika, which has knock offs of all the most common brands...Or if you want to cast you can use a neodent, (straumann company) CrCo abutment..

I know, but it is just for the Neodent platform, which I have come across just once...The neodent abutment above is a crco ucla, not gold.
