Anyone use a small dedicated compressor for their mill? I've looked around but haven't seen any specs on what the Roland dry mills need for air supply (CFM, etc). I'd love to use one of the quiet compressors that have a refrigerator style head but I'm not sure if one can handle it.

You do not need much. I have 2 running on a small to medium compressor but it will kick in every now and then. Too much air will make the unit messy on the inside.

We use BOFA Suction/Compressor units for our two mills. They are quiet and efficient even though it is a combined unit. They run about 14 hours a day each in our lab.
