Hey y’all. Wondering what each persons experience is with your surgical guide software. What are you using and what kinda support does it have? Easy to use, or is there stuff missing you wish it had?

Do they got training? Doctor support? Are you able to send to them to print?

There's online training, and yes, you can send to print. They charge for exporting STLs, but you only pay once per case, so if you have to make tweaks to a design, you don't have to pay for re-exporting a new STL for the same case. I can't speak for doctor support because I'm at an in-house lab, but at least their tech support is OK.
