Here is my new Zubler cut off station. I know, still have a few things to straighten up. :) have to get a platform underneath the vac unit. Has built in air hose and plugs into the hand piece to control the vac. Comes on when you push on the foot pedal to start the hand piece. Has a place for your tools and hand piece to sit. Very nice for cutting out Zr etc. has a separate foot pedal to operate the stationary air nozzle. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359675914.358742.jpg

The box with light and internal electronics was $1700.00 the stand was an additional $300.00. The box comes with 1 inch rubber stops on the bottom for use on a counter top etc.. I went ahead and to the Zubler vac, $980.00 and Zubler hand piece, around $1100.00.

No its a Microstar Handpiece a V40 unit. Zubler developed that system and Zubler was also was the founder of Microstar in 1988/89. Before we switched the name to Microstar the company was called ADC in Corpus Christi, Texas. Important and interesting is this that still handpieces and control units from 1990 we repair - now in Atanta at ZublerUSA.

Just a few more preliminary photos. Finish setting up this weekend. I may plum a contra angle high speed in. I prefer cutting my units out of the puck with one.

Microstar HS is a still a good investment no question, I brougth it to USA in 1995/1996. I also brougth Zubler 144 now new to USA and when I bring something
I always try to do the very best that the users are happy.
By the way starting in April we do special courses how to press e.max succesfull starting from sprewing, investing with the vario balance a semi-automatic dosage system, pressing, devesting, staining and glaze in our trainings facility we open up in Santa Ana, CA.
We also have our milling point there, We train and support our CADCAM program. In Chicago in 3 weeks we introduce a lot new products.
Come and see us in Chicago Labday and at the Callab meeting.

I don't wanna talk more about my investment. I think real users from the forum should answer your question.

Look very nice. I dig it. Is it really costing $1700?? That's absurd dude. Absolutly crazy.

I have something similar, I guess?
Around $400-$500. Includes Dual Halogen and Flourescent, and over 100 tool holders for HP and FG.
Also has forward facing puffer system. I have Four of these and oldest is around Six years now.
We replaced the front glass One time in a couple units. No Zirconia escapes, even when doing the puffing to get dust off.
Silences the vacuum and handpiece noise by 500%

It is a Schick handpiece. Z ubler gets the handpiece from Schick and makes their on box and foot pedal. Valcalon is the US distributor for Schick.
