Nesting Fusion Overlay in Caramill Mind

This is my first fusion bar and I had Panthera design the bar and hybrid overlay. I received the STL for the overlay this morning but I'm having a bit of trouble getting them nested for a PMMA try-in milling. Once I import the file I'm asked the "Type Selection" and this is where I'm stuck. I've tried several different choices but I can't seem to get it nested correctly.

Any assistance is appreciated.

When I try nesting as abutment I get this message as I try to mark margins of one screw hole.

you can do better than this. you know better than this.

this is basic stuff. point at round object to fit in round hole. point at bite splint shape object to fit bite splint milling parameters.
