need your help on CDT complete denture

Hi everybody,
My name is Cao and I'm a 5yr experience technician ,
I'm wanting to have CDT- complete denture by next year, and don't know where to start and what to learn from.
If you guys have any suggestion on any books need to read, or any material, Or if you know (or have) any study group, that would help me a lot . I really appreciate.
I already finish the AirForce, and I live in Dallas,Tx to be more information .

All of the questions they ask come directly from the Air Force manual.

Did they use questionnaire from other reference books or only from airforce manual 1,2? Have all books listed
