Need returned in green state

the persinter color IMO is the hardest part of doing zirconia. We also have been experimenting with different firing cycles.
15 is really cheap. What zirconia are you using?

Every place I have spoken with mentioned the difficulty with pre sintered staining. Seems like it is really hard to keep consistent regardless what system you use. Different stains effect different Zr brands as well. You guys must have really worked hard in the beginning to deal with all that.

I think what he means is that when it come off the mill there is still some finish work to be done to make the crowns up to our standards.
We are still working on the coloring. Its been our biggest challenge since starting to mill our own zirconia.

There is a cleaning protocol that involves, brushing and multi-stage, multi-frequency ultrasonic cleaning and infrared and microwave drying.

It is a CRITICAL step before pigmenting (which must be done under vacuum).

Just thought I would put our price on here for a laugh the conversion comes in at 87.25 US Dollars (per unit) 93.59 for bridge units and you pay shipping, Lol, I have a feeling you won't be sending me any. HaHa, ah well looks like I wont be cracking the American market this year.
