cutting the margins off and then adding wax? better wax by hand, this wax copings do not need any work at all need to check your settings and the system you use.;)

Macron are you happy with DWX-50 ? I can see the milled wax is fantastic . I am very interested in milling wax and I am considering buying DWX-50 . Would you recomend its purchase based on your experience ? I want to mill zirconium and wax on that . When the milled wax is burned out , do you have a long-hour program at your furnace or a fast one ? Thank you .

Well i use preshade zir and liquid to bring a warm color like stain in the green state of the zir and blue liquid for the incisal edge part very little.
now i get 90 to 100 % on all my shades.

That's too much for wax. Like, 10x too much!

http://www.machinablewax.com/machinable_wax_cylinders.htm

How you get stl from Lava scanner?

The envisiontec export trick?

Also waaaay too much for tools.

Best tools huh? What are they? Do you know where they are made, to tell us? How much experience do you have milling?

What other brands have you tried? I get German Diamond coated for less then that.

I go to the source...the actual manufacture. Skip middle-man.
