You need to learn to trust your equipment. If you can get your technicians to take the work from the mill and NOT TOUCH IT, you will find that your model-less restorations fit way better than the ones with models.

We started making some little "Confidence Models" that we used to check contacts, upon which we would putz around making them just so...then the customers who had been getting model-less cases started to complain that things had changed...for the worse.

We stopped and went back to the Precision Ceramics Crown-in-a-Bottle, and they were happy again.

Lose the models.

Mark please share more with me about how you send the works to the dentist....am i understand you you sending it without model?!?
