If you have a ***decent*** 3D printer, use an approved material and have designed the guide correctly, you should have no issue printing a good guide.
Saying that, you have to remember impressions are very important for the success of fit, there are lots of other things to consider as well, so make sure you work with someone that can understand your particular needs.
If you are designing the guide make sure your offsets and dimensions for drill tubes are correct, these are VERY important.
