Hi all,
After reinstalling Sum to a new PC, I have been getting small ledges appearing on the outer surfaces of the milled crown. I have updated to latest strategies but it still appears. They are not large but are still annoying as they were not there when we milled from the old PC. I have run simulations but cannot see any reasons in these. I am a newbie to CAM so was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a possible cause.
Sum 3D, DWX 50.
See attached pics, thanks in advance.

Jeff

As Jason said it is a calibration issue. Also see if the customization codes for the machine match between your old and new install as these are usually a generic number at install and edited based on machine data.
