Not sure I ilke the stain tray in the porc tray, as it could get a bit bulky...but looks nice!

I picked up a neat trick at a GC America class, I have been doing it for about a year now, Glass slab and cut square pieces of a coffee filter, wet and ad porc. , and just touch it with a wet brush to keep moist. A lot cheaper than some of those fancy trays. Works for me.
