Ivoclar EP3010 and Dark Gray Porcelain

I bought a new Ivoclar EP3010 pressing furnace and it is turning my PFZ porcelain dark gray. I am using the preloaded programs and I have tried to add my own program both with the same dark gray results. This furnace has only fired maybe 30 cycles. I am using Emax Prime zirc with Emax Ceram. Has anyone else had this problem with this furnace? I have a buddy with the same furnace and his is doing the same thing.

Having the exact same problem. We even sent an oven back to ivoclar and got a new one, and we are still getting the issue. We have other 3010s that fire everything normal so it is very confusing.

I meant to say older 3010s were working but non of the newer 3010 g2s that we’ve had in our lab work normally
