Looks like a Straumann tissue level RN to me.

I believe depending on what parts are used these can have different screws.

These are the various screws that Straumann themselves use for these. You will definitely want to try to determine the specific part used to sort the screw out

the RN and WN are the same screw

Just my hunch and from the PA - don't think a new screw would be enough
if the #19 has a broken screw inside the implant itself and not removed yet . . .
