The fact there’s two of those apex holes should help narrow it down. More implants used to have them because they thought the bone would would pass through and create an anchor point but it didn’t work out the best in practice. I looked through a couple of implants that have those apex holes and couldn’t find any with two of them. But, the majority of implants that had those holes would just have one oblong hole, not two tiny ones, so I’d start there trying to identify it.

If the platform was more flared, I would have gone with the original Straumann/ITI hollow screw implant
