Ziacom? thats a maybe. only ever seen one of them but those are pretty big threads. looks like ziacom or at least what i recall it looking like

This is in the FWIW department. I would be very careful trying to restore this one, Friadent or otherwise
(and I am more incline to say this is not a Friadent/XiVE - going by shape of screw, etc.)
just looking and the radiograph with the radiolucent outline around the implant, WITHOUT sounding like
I am trying to diagnose a condition from an x-ray image.
I would make sure all disclaimers are in place before working on that case.
