Immediate loading

Hello dental technicians,I work on immediate loading tecnic and I want to know what's the best and fastest way to make immediate loading in the all on four tecnic?PMMA milled or printed denture ?

I'd feel a lot more confident immediately loading a PMMA denture (which is what I do now),PMMA is stronger. Having to deal with a fractured fixed temporary is no fun and risky for the patient. We're personally moving towards the ivoclar ivotion system so we can immediately load monolithic PMMA temporaries.
