imes-icore 250i dry vs. Roland DWX-51D vs VHF K5

Been looking at dry 5-axis milling machines for ages now and it's come down to these three. All are very similar in price, using SUM3D CAM software and 3Shape / exocad to design. Why would you choose one over the others?

Sorry, forgot to say: looking at predominantly milling wax, Zirconia, PMMA and PEEK.
