I know it could be done but....

would you do a cantilever bridge in zirc? I know we “ can” but am I looking at failure? Looks like pfm on the rest of max.

And #7 isn't going to be taking a lot of force itself. Molar hanging in the wind would concern more but it'd also have more cross section...
maybe try to design with lingual-fatted connectors instead of keeping them perfecly IP so that there is a bit more crossection for strength.

Don't see a problem with FCZ. Looks like you can design very tall connectors and have plenty of space buccal-lingually.
Should you layer facials pnly, micro layer so as to not have under supported porcelain and very slow cooling as usual !
Probably wouldn't use an anterior low strength zir if you want to play it safe.
As far as failures with porcelain chipping or checking, only see that happening if its not supported or not slow cooling correctly.

Edit: For techs reading this with less experience in designing, bridges can break if abutment wall is to thin. Seems like it should be either .7 or .8 minimum. If that wall connected to the pontic is to thin, that's where you will see zirconia bridges break ! Naturally you want as much vertical height in your connector and more than the minimum if at all possible.

Totally agree with all the experts here. Just don’t skimp on the connector.

been done quite a few times here. even cantilevered forward #7 and #10 off of 2 implants. no issues and they have been in the mouth for years. as with what everyone else said, tall thick connectors! no grinding post-sinter and be sure your clients dont as well! any grinding equals no warranty
