Hybrid crown on Astra EV?

I have case with Astra Ev 4.8, Dr wants a hybrid Zr crown. I've done plenty of these on other platforms with NT Trading library and parts, but I can't find anything for the EV. Astra rep told me to use a Direct Abutment & drill a hole in the crown for the screw channel.

Since I would be scanning the Direct Abutment & not a scan body, how do I design the screw channel in the crown with Exocad?
