Hybrid Abutments...

So I am fairly new to this whole implant gig but with the 7.2 update to our Lava ST system, we are able to construct hybrid abutments. Wondering what is being most widely used for Ti interface? There doesn't seem to be much support out there for these, seems like lots of people are just using stock abutments and cementing Zr on top. Are there many manufacturers who make Titanium abutments for the sole purpose of being made into custom hybrid abutments? Thanks!
