Hi, in this post, we will introduce how to process working models step by step with CHITUBOX Dental. It's also an easy job.
Let's begin!
Step 1. Orientation
Flatten models on the platform and stand up the dies.
Step 2. Hollowing and Filling
Hollow out models' inner and bottom with a 1-2mm wall thickness and fill with a hive or grid structure.
Keep the dies solid.
Step 3. Drilling
Drill models with semi-holes, setting the position height to 0mm.
Step 4. Support
Select all dies and add supports, since overcuring will distort the bottom of the dies.
Step 5. Layout
Arrange models and dies with the Layout feature.
