Hello everyone, we would like to introduce a quick way to prepare dental models with CHITUBOX Dental here—one way that needs no support.

Step 1. Hollow and fill your models.
If your models have hollowed, just fill them with CHITUBOX Dental's special designs—dome structures—it is the key point that you can print models without support.
The dome structures will automatically generate at the overhanging areas in the hollowed models. They can eliminate the overhanging point that makes it possible to print without support. Please note that only the Hive and the Grid filling ways have dome structures. The operation is shown as the gif. The dome structure is shown in the image.

Step 2. Drill the half-circle holes.
The half-circle holes could help release the air pressure during the printing. The key point to achieving half-circle holes is to set the "Position Height" as the half value of the "Hole Diam".
Then you just need to slice the models and print them like that—without support.
