Does anyone set a gap between the zr coping and wax overpress coping for zirpress when designing at the same time? If so how?

Sorry maybe this is the wrong question.. Does zirpress need a zirliner coat. Or just the ceram.. Cant remember the procedure.. Seems like the press cycle would be too high for it.

Youre such an a55.. Are you 15? This wasnt my original question anyway so take off. Yes I was lazy in not looking at the manual because I didnt have one here.. So sorry emax guru.

Unless you know the answer to my question, :censored:

The same question applies to POM (which i have taken a course in)
how do you create a gap for opaque.
Btw whos course have you taken in emax or zirpress that allows you to make "body parts" if you care to say?

Opaque the framework (electroformed) and wax directly to the frame.

Affinity, your question was quite clear. Although I have not tried one yet, I believe the zirliner gap is compensated for in the material settings.

Disturbed,are you a cdt?

You did say zr PRESS..right?

He did, but he wants to design the pattern and print it. Then adapt, seal margins and press.
Affinity...set your gaps big enough to 'more than sleeve' over or youre going to have problems. Theres no problem with air space between the pattern and your coping. There is a problem if you cant get it down.

Yes thank you! CAP has a video but its for DW and doesnt say anything about a gap.. This was the anticipated problem: wax not fitting over zirlined coping. I doubted myself for a second as to whether the coping needed a zirliner coat, but of course I would have looked at the book first. Its not like I ever do these.. but I do have a lot of zirpress Ive never used...
