You can abuse the bite-splint module in exocad to make the gingiva. Save, then into C&B module and finish.

Or double-scan of course.

Yeah I totally agree with you . My father always tells me the exact same thing you said . Always has to be able to clean it . To be honest , I don't know details about the case so I can't judge , it might be a sample . I just posted the pic because it is truly inspiring .
