One of my accounts just started recementing 2-3 crowns a day. Only him. His son in the same office isn't . He swears he is following protocol. Any ideas on what he may be doing wrong? Can I help him on my end?

Cutting corners to save money by not using Ivoclean after try in?
If they're short stubby preps, he may need to use a resin cement, compared to a RMGI?
Z-Prime+ inside the crown will also help with the bond to the crown.

He's all about cutting corners, that's why I asked the question so I can go in Monday armed to the teeth with ways he may be causing this.

At least you have this weekend to wait for others here who may also have some ideas.
It's the phosphates in saliva that inhibit the bond to zirconia, thus Ivoclean after try in.
