Go to the source. Call Ivoclar and they mill e.max with a .3 mm bur. Can't beat the fit and occlusion. Their milling center is called WPT

One correction to this, they are grinding with the Wieland Select Hybrid and only has a 0.5mm grinder for glass ceramics (e.max and Empress). The 0.3mm milling instrument is only for ZrO2, Wax, and PMMA.

Not sure about price, but don't forget that WPT is part of the Ivoclar Vivadent Family and all their mills are Authorized for e.max, like your MCX5.
