dynamic occlusion on all on x upper and lower

hi there I have problem in EXOCAD all on X upper and lower, exocad wont cut intersections on both arches at the same time. i need troubleshooting . thanks in advance, ive never experienced this , it only cuts intersection on static, i already articulated case etc.
